This is how it all began:

HiringBranch Then and Now

HiringBranch started in 2022. Before that, and since 2014, it was a company called LearningBranch dedicated to training people with language and soft skills to succeed. More than a decade of training data led to the first proprietary Soft Skills AI being developed with the ability to measure soft skills with up to 99% accuracy.

Stéphane Rivard is a visionary entrepreneur on a global mission to transform workforce performance through innovative, skills-based hiring and training. As Co-founder and CEO of HiringBranch, he has dedicated his career to matching talent with roles where they can truly excel. Outside of his professional pursuits, Stéphane is an avid chess player and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys skiing, running, mountain biking, and sailing, and is also a FIS Alpine Technical Delegate officiating International alpine ski races.

Patricia Macleod is the President and Co-founder of HiringBranch. She brings with her a vision for changing how we hire and train frontline employees. Patricia is a lifetime entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in the global contact center industry. Her top soft skill is “making things happen,” and when she’s not doing that, she likes to unplug outdoors in Canada’s wild mountains and rivers.
