About Applicant Screening

How is it priced?

Legacy assessments are too expensive to put at the top of the funnel, but not with HiringBranch. Our per applicant pricing plans start at $27,000 for 6000 applicants and decrease with volume. Get in touch with sales to discuss your high-volume hiring needs.

How many applicants complete the screener?

A third of your total pool will complete the applicant screening. The numbers will be higher for more sought after roles.

Do I need to interview still?

We recommend that you interview candidates who pass the HiringBranch screener. Often times, there are other human elements, such as culture fit, that you’ll want a human recruiter to gauge.

Can I customize content?

Absolutely. There is an additional fee for custom content.

Do you measure hard skills?

We do not currently include hard skills in our applicant screening; however, you can send our product team a note at product@hiringbranch.com to request a specific hard skills test, which we may be able to integrate into your custom screening or assessment solution.

Can I connect the screener to my ATS?

Absolutely, the HiringBranch applicant screening product integrates with your ATS. Review our integrations page to see which ATS systems we work with: https://www.hiringbranch.com/api

How long does the screen take?

There are 5 questions and it takes approximately 10 minutes or less to complete.

Do candidates need to complete it on a computer?

Candidates can use any device to complete the applicant screening. The product is desktop and mobile friendly.

Which languages do you support?

The screener languages today include English and French, with the option for other languages for a fee.

Are you NYC Law 144 compliant?

We are proudly NYC Law 144 compliant. HiringBranch passed a third party audit by BABL AI in November 2024 and continues to audit its AI annually.
