Known for his problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and ability to build lasting rapport, Stéphane blends practical business acumen with a passion for talent development, helping companies around the world make smarter, data-driven hiring decisions at scale. Outside of his professional pursuits, Stéphane is an avid chess player and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys skiing, running, mountain biking, and sailing, and is also a FIS Alpine Technical Delegate officiating at provincial and national alpine ski races, aspiring one day to officiate at the World Cup level.
